Disclaimer: This can be done once every 24 hours. You can skip any step you want but it will cut into your profits. Prices change daily, I got 440k profit yesterday and today 520k. Pay attention to CURRENT prices before you buy items (especially broad arrow heads).

Step 1: Oo’glog, buy all raw bird meats. Requires the As a First Resort quest.
Step 2: Withdraw a slayer ring (optional), water, earth, air, law and fire runes, a lyre and a seal of passage (important! If not in bank get it from Brundt in Relekka long hall)
Also get some food, an antipoision, and some energy replenishing items.
Also check to make sure you have equipped:
Weight reducing gear (if you have them)
An amulet of glory
A ring of duelling
Varrock armour (any level)
Any weapon (for cutting webs and killing skeletons if they bother you at the mage of zamorak)
Step 3: Teleport to varrock and buy as much battlestaves as you can. 8 if you haven’t completed anything of the varrock diary, 16 for level 1, 32 for level 2 and 64 for level 3.
Step 4: Proceed to Zaff and buy death, water and earth runes. Also get the freebies if you want . Other runes aren’t profitable so don’t buy them.
Step 5: Go to yanille if you have either 66 magic or have completed the Hand in the Sand quest (or both obviously). Get your sand from Bert (64 buckets, worth around 12k. Not shown in this video because I already had collected them), then proceed to the mage guild (if you have 66 magic) and buy death, soul, earth and water runes.
Step 6: Use your glory amulet to teleport to edgeville and go to the mage of zamorak. Buying items from the mage requires a miniquest to unlock abyssal runecrafting.
Step 7: Walk to the lever and go to mage bank. You need your web cutting weapon (or a plain knife) here. I prayed protect from magic because getting teleblocked is a pain here. Once again, buy the soul, water, earth and death runes.
Step 8: Use your amulet of glory to go to draynor village. Proceed to the rune shop in port sarim and buy earth, water and death runes.
Step 9: Walk south and buy feathers from the fishing shop.
Step 10: Go to pest control (requires 40 combat) and buy the death, water and earth runes.
Step 11: Click your lyre to go to Relekka and proceed to the north west. (This step is optional and requires the Lunar Diplomacy quest.) Proceed to Baba Yaya and buy the earth, water, death, soul and astral runes. Buying battlestaves is optional.
Step 12: Make your way to any slayer master (slayer ring to Pollnivneach is the fastest option) and buy all unfinished broad bolts and a few broad arrow tips. I advise you to buy as many as you can until the shop price becomes the same as the GE minimum price. NOTE: the stock remains the same for each slayer master. If you have bought all of the broad bolt tips at Summona, Duradel won’t have any of them for sale, for example.
Step 13: Collect your profits!
I made 520 profit in about 14 minutes! Don’t worry if an item doesn’t sell. I was very lucky today and everything sold instantly, yesterday NOTHING sold instantly, but that is still nothing to worry about. Usually everything sells within 20 minutes.

It took around 15 minutes after putting the items in GE for them all to sell.

*Suggested by Lp_Fable* Visit Arnhein south of the Camelot teleport spot to buy his seaweed and pineapples for an additional 30k a day. You can buy them noted since around October 15th.
