Opening a web design studio or a web templates site?

What do you think would be easier to sell web design… by opening a web design studio (if a client comes start the design from zero) or by creating a templates site where if the clients like any design they can just download it at a price?

Hi, I think both ideas are great But from my point of view I think it will be easier to open a web design studion (this is my dream).Now I have a site were I posted all my work as a freelancer http://www.designsflash.com .In my case I work alone.If you have a team I think that creating a templates site is better ! Hope you start one of those project and make a lot of money Good luck !!!
